“I use to work here. They don't care about anybody!!! Alot of health and safety concerns that most tenants don't even realize. If you die because of them they will be showing your apartment by days end. These buildings had alot of elerly and it's not right the town or county doesn't intervene to ensure that the complex is safe for them in their conditions” -

“This is not senseless bashing of an apartment complex. I have lived in very nice complexes before. This place is not one I would recommend. I never felt safe being home alone or walking from my car to my apartment. The property was a mess. The landlords never return phone calls or come to take care of problems. They will lie up and down and say they always answer work orders but this is a gimic to get you to rent. Trust me. If you don't believe me, do yourselves a favor and CHECK AROUND WITH OTHER TENANTS before moving in. I'm sorry I didn't. I heard horror stories after signing the lease and they kept our security, surprise surprise. This place is an abomination. Spring Lake Gardens in Spring Lake is the same price and wonderful. Rent there!! They fix everything and ASAP. The ground are beautiful. McGuire's Grove is a mess. ” -

Don't let your eyes deceive you...
“Everything here is done to get new tenants in. Even the new park they are building is so they can charge for bbq grills. Once in, you are treated with more disrespect than at NJ motor vehicle! Management won't answer the door or phone, sticks nasty, condescending notes under everyone's door (DAILY),threatens to tow cars of folks that have paid for parking but because they oversold spaces...just a couple of examples...rent being increased 15-22%; up 6.5% in 6 months for a new tenant...run, run, run. I thought convenient to train and nice apartment would be enough. It's not - I'm moving. I can't ignore their mean spirited, childish ways - they stuff it under my door every day!” -
